Do I need to create an account?
No! You can try SellItRight with one free listing without creating an account. For regular use, creating a free account gives you 25 listings per month. Pro users get unlimited listings plus additional features.
What types of items can I list?
SellItRight works with almost any physical item: electronics, clothing, furniture, collectibles, vehicles, tools, toys, books, home decor, and more. Our AI is trained on millions of marketplace listings across all categories.
What photo quality do I need?
Standard smartphone photos work great! Just make sure the item is well-lit and clearly visible. Multiple angles help the AI better understand your item. Avoid blurry images or extreme lighting conditions.

Can I edit the generated listings?
Absolutely! Think of SellItRight as your starting point. You can copy the text and customize it however you like before posting to your marketplace. Many users make minor tweaks based on their specific item details.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Our listings work on any text-based marketplace including eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, Mercari, Poshmark, and more. Pro users get one-click formatted exports optimized for each platform.
Does SellItRight post listings for me?
Currently, you copy the generated listing and paste it into your marketplace. We're working on direct integration with eBay and Etsy for Pro users, which will allow automatic posting directly from SellItRight.

What does the free plan include?
Free users get 1 trial listing without sign-up, plus 25 listings per month with a free account. This includes all AI features: titles, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and suggestions. The only limitation is the monthly cap.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro pricing starts at $19.99/month for unlimited listings. Pro includes listing history, priority processing, multi-platform export tools, and upcoming features like direct marketplace posting. See our pricing page for current plans.
Do my free listings reset each month?
Yes! Your 25 free listings reset on the same day each month (the day you signed up). For example, if you join on January 15th, you get 25 new listings on the 15th of every month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade to Pro at any time and start using unlimited listings immediately. If you downgrade, you'll return to the free plan limits at the end of your billing period.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Privacy & Security
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are processed by our AI and then immediately deleted. We do not store your images or use them for training. Your privacy is protected, and your product photos remain yours alone.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for all data transmission. Your account information is stored securely, and we never share your data with third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
Can other users see my listings?
No. All your listings are private. Only you can access your account and see your generated content. We don't have a public marketplace or community features.

How long does it take to generate a listing?
Most listings generate in 15-30 seconds. Processing time depends on the number of photos and current server load. Pro users get priority processing during peak times.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes! SellItRight is fully mobile-responsive. You can upload photos from your phone's camera or gallery and get listings on the go. Perfect for resellers at thrift stores or garage sales.
Do I need special software?
No installation needed. SellItRight is a web app that works in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Just visit sellitright.co and start creating listings.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
The AI is very accurate but not perfect. Always review the generated content before posting. You can provide additional context in the "Additional Details" box (like brand, model, defects) to help the AI generate better results.

Should I use all four price tiers?
The pricing strategy shows you different options. Start with the "List Price" (5-10% above fair value). If the item doesn't sell in a week, try "Quick Sell" pricing. The "Lowest Acceptable" is your floor—don't go below it unless necessary.
How important are keywords?
Very important! Keywords help buyers find your listing when searching. Use the AI-generated keywords in your title and description. This improves your ranking in marketplace search results and gets more views.
What are improvement suggestions?
These are tips from the AI on how to make your listing more attractive: better photos, missing information, value-adds, or timing recommendations. Following these suggestions can significantly increase your sale speed.
Can I use the same listing on multiple sites?
